Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

1.1 30-Day Return Window: We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include any tags, manuals, or accessories that came with the product.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized/customized items, perishable goods, and items labeled as final sale.

1.4 Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at support@forkiddos.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number may not be processed.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that the timing of the credit appearing on your statement may vary depending on your financial institution.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

3.2 Exchange Process: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@forkiddos.com to initiate the exchange process.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 Incorrect or Defective Items: If you are returning an item due to our error or because it is defective, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
